Papers by region1 March 2019
One misconception for our upcoming PACRIM Congress in Auckland is the papers are dominated by New Zealand content. Although, we do have a New Zealand focused stream on day two for AusIMM’s New Zealand Branch conference concurrent with PACRIM, the content is otherwise widespread.
The chart above shows that the papers for PACRIM are indeed from around the world – depicting this as a truly global geoscience and exploration conference.
The PACRIM Congress will showcase the most recent advances in academic research and geological understanding, regional surveys by government agencies and the industry’s latest discoveries and projects – highlighting the importance of the Pacific Rim for global mineral wealth and investment.
The three-day program features over 80 technical papers, presented by renowned industry leaders including 19 keynote speakers and 10 invited speakers.
